Or is the cost-of-living crisis making things unmanageable for you?
 
You’re not alone. Head to one of our free drop-in advice sessions around Bristol to speak to one of our expert Advisers.
 
All sessions are one-to-one, face-to-face, and confidential. A translation service will be available.

Easton & Barton Hill

Drop-in sessions in Easton

We’ll be at Easton Community Centre fortnightly on Tuesdays.

On the first and third Tuesdays of each month, St Pauls Advice Centre will be Easton Community Centre offering the following types of support:

  • First Tuesday of the month (10am to 12pm) – Welfare benefits advice
  • Third Tuesday of the month (10am to 12pm) – Debt advice

BOOST sessions in Barton Hill (reservation required)

Housing Matters will be at the BOOST sessions every fortnight. To make sure we can give each person enough of our time, we will be seeing 6 people per session only.

Please note that these sessions are for residents of Barton Hill and Lawrence Hill only.

Drop-in sessions in Lockleaze

From October, we’ll be coming to the Hub in Lockleaze every fortnight to offer housing advice.

Social housing support in Lockleaze

In partnership with Black South West Network and Bristol City Council, we’re running a support session for people living in or waiting for social housing in Bristol. This is a drop-in session and people will be seen on a first come, first served basis.

Please note this session is specifically for people from racially minoritised communities.

Date: Wednesday 19th February – 11am to 1pm.

Head to the Symes Centre in Hartcliffe for housing advice and support from Caring in Bristol and Shelter Bristol.

Stokes Croft

“Under One Roof” monthly sessions

Open to anyone experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Shelter Bristol will be there to support you with housing. Support with finances, employment, addiction and mental/physical health will also be available.
